LATAM is an engineering company acting as EP subcontractor. Using our own experience and core business experience, we get involved in the project at the earliest stage – engineering consulting. Feasibility study and front end engineering design are often required for development of final technical specification. Considering the uniqueness of customer’s media and materials sometimes requires laboratory tests and development of pilot plants – this also is a part of our work.
Our company has a dedicated engineering department, where the project implementation starts. During the development of basic engineering two things are crucial: close cooperation with customer’s engineering units and interaction with equipment manufacturers. This approach reduces the design time and minimizes the changes in project further stages.
When the project enters the detailed engineering stage, procurement department starts operation. Project managers correlate equipment manufacturing, necessary approvals by the Customer and the development of application software for plant control system in compliance with the engineering into a single working process.
When the production is complete, our logistics department organizes transportation and customs clearance of equipment and components.
Supervision of basic equipment erection is an important stage prior to startup, commissioning and acceptance tests. This is the responsibility of experienced engineers – installation stuff and process engineers.
