The majority of tasks that we have to solve are scrubbing of dust, sulfur oxides (SOx) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), however, our knowledge and expertise are not limited to these tasks. There is a vast amount of areas, where our cleaning plants are applied: scrubbing of furnace and boiler flue gases, removal of acid fumes and organic solvents in chemical processes, removal of hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, phenols, aldehydes, ammonia, ethers, alcohols, chlorine, fluorine, odor removal from production in the vicinity of residential and civil facilities.
In our gas scrubbing systems, we implement a wide spectrum of processes that can be used both separately and jointly at different scrubbing stages. Basic cleaning methods are:
– Bag, candle and cassette filters with the recovery of filter elements
– Biological filters
– Absorbers with partial or complete adsorbent recovery
– Dry and wet electrostatic precipitators
– Venturi scrubbers, hollow jet scrubbers and packed columns
– Selective catalytic reaction (SCR) plants
– Drum furnaces and thermal oxidation chambers
– System auxiliary components: quenchers, cyclones, mist eliminators
