Post-warranty service may be provided upon a single request from the Customer or on the basis of a service contract. Usually, this contract is signed for more than three years and includes periodical equipment diagnostics and spare parts supply, herewith, an essential criterion is maintaining of specified annual output of a plant. We undertake an obligation to provide plant operation capacity by controlling timeliness of maintenance, diagnostics and delivery of spare parts and consumables.
