Basic engineering or technical design is the basis to start the development of design documents, which may consist of one or two stages, i.e. Working project or Project and Working documentation. This depends on the project complexity, available time and on the project typicality. Basically, we deal with the two-stage designing, where approvals package goes through state expert review. During this stage is executed the basic scope of approval documentation.
